Built With Counsel was founded by Jacob Chumley to give owners the informed representation many projects are missing. Jacob's strongest experience is in commercial and industrial construction, particularly warehouse and office spaces.
Based in Nacogdoches, Texas, Built With Counsel works with owners on projects of different sizes—from smaller residential work to large commercial projects. The level of support is shaped around the project and the decisions the owner needs help making.
